By downloading, installing, or using the Beside mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Beside is a mobile application that provides conversation prompts and questions designed to facilitate meaningful dialogue between parents and children. The App is provided by Evok Media Group LLC.
3.1 Local Data Storage: All user data, including family profiles, saved questions, and conversation history, is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain user accounts or store personal data on our servers.
3.2 Data Responsibility: You are responsible for backing up your own data. Uninstalling the App may result in permanent loss of locally stored information.

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Evok Media Group LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The App may offer additional content packs through in-app purchases. All purchases are final and processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are subject to the respective store's policies.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL EVOK MEDIA GROUP LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
